Advocacy Services in Richmond upon Thames

Advocacy is when people need support to help them say what they want, secure their rights or represent their interests.

There are a range of Advocacy Providers available in the London Borough of Richmond who are able to help you to represent your views.

We have produced a Factsheet with further information on what what Advocacy is and how it can help you.

Many Advocacy Providers offer specialised advice and the Provider best able to help you may depend on your age, disability or ethnic group.

Please see this Factsheet for a list of Advocacy Services and who they may be able to help: Advocacy for people living in the Borough Factsheet (Ref 044/12/08).

We also have a guide explaining what to expect from Advocacy Providers called an Advocacy Protocol. Richmond Advocacy Protocol(pdf, 69KB).
