Exercise Referral Scheme

Gym based programme (£3.20 per session)

Group exercise classes (£3.20 per class)

• Monday 3.30pm to 4.30pm (COPD patients only)
• Tuesday 2.00pm to 3.00pm
• Wednesday 11.30am to 12.30pm
• Thursday 2.00pm to 3.00pm (COPD patients only)
• Thursday 3.30pm to 4.30pm (mental health patients only -£2)
• Friday 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Swimming (£1 per session - on advice of instructor)

3 month exercise referral gym membership for only £70
