Blue Box deliveries

Blue Boxes and this leaflet(pdf, 518KB) are being delivered to eligible households from 20 October until 30 November.

To be eligible for this service you must not:

• Live in a block of more than 8 flats
• Live above a shop
• Be on the list of properties not eligible for recycling collections

Delivery of Blue Boxes will take place as follows

Please start using your blue box for recycling your paper and cardboard as soon as you receive it

What if my delivery dates have passed and I have not received a Blue Box?

If your delivery dates have passed and you are eligible for this service please telephone the call centre 08456 122 660. Don’t worry, distribution of blue boxes will continue until 30 November to cover any outstanding deliveries.

Please bear with us at this busy time, as call levels are likely to be higher than normal.

What if I need more than one Blue Box?

Orders for additional blue boxes cannot be made until after 1 December 2008.

What if I don't want a Blue Box?

All eligible households will have a blue box delivered and residents cannot opt out of this delivery. There will be no collection of unwanted boxes and we cannot accept returns.

Important from 1 December 2008 we will only collect your paper and cardboard recycling if it is in a blue box.
