Buy a bin online. Credit card payments are subject to a handling fee. There is no handling fee for debit card payments.
If you are a Managing Agent we can arrange for an invoice to be sent to you. Just email your request to wasteandrecycling@richmond.gov.uk.
Delivery
Deliveries are free to residents and normally take place on Thursdays between 9am-2pm. We will let you know the date. A signature is needed on delivery.
Storage
The bins can only be used for the collection of your rubbish from land around your property. There are properties in the borough without private areas to store a bin. Check our list of properties not eligible for kerbside collections to see if your home is one of them. You are not allowed to keep bins on the public highway.

Your bin must only contain normal domestic rubbish, separate collections are available for green waste, kitchen waste, clinical waste, recyclables and large items.
Waste must be contained in securely tied waste sacks and placed in the wheelie bin. Loose waste must not be placed inside it.
Our Policy
We are not responsible for the repair or replacement of damaged containers after 6 months of the purchase date.
No refunds will be issued for bins purchased.
