Collection service

Green wheeled bins provide an ideal method for recycling your garden waste year-round. We provide bins for an agreed contract length, with the option to annually or set up a Direct Debit(pdf, 172KB). The cost of renting a bin also includes collections starting from when you receive the bin until the end of your contract. On receipt of your application and payment, bins will be delivered within 10 working days.

Moving house

Please let us know if you are moving so that your details can be amended or removed.

Refunds

You can cancel the service at any time. We regret that refunds cannot be issued. Please be aware that if you fail to cancel a Direct Debit but no longer require the service, we cannot issue a refund.

Faults

Blocks of flats

For blocks of flats, a larger 1100 litre bin is available for £230 per year. Contact us online for an assessment.
