Air Quality Monitoring Report 2003

The report includes the results if air pollution data from the period from 1993 up to November 2002.

The long term monitoring results of nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) show a downward trend, in other words the air quality had been improving at the sites monitored. The diffusion tube results show that whilst some of the busiest road locations do exceed the limit for NO₂, many sites do not.
