Site Allocations Plan (SA Plan)
The Site Allocations Plan (SA Plan) is one of a suite of statutory development plan documents (DPDs) all of which make up the Local Plan.
The SA Plan includes site-specific proposals for the whole borough, other than Twickenham town centre, where the Twickenham Area Action Plan applies.
The proposals in the SA Plan will:
- Reflect the needs of the borough.
- Reflect the existing national, regional and local policies.
- Reflect the site-specific constraints and opportunities.
- Be subject to public consultation as part of the statutory planning process.
The SA Plan looks ahead for 15 years after it is adopted in 2015 and it will update, replace or introduce new development sites from those in our existing Unitary Development Plan (UDP).
