UDP Inspector's Report (March 2004)

A second Public Inquiry into the UDP modifications was held in 3 sessions throughout 2003 ending in December. Dr David Robin's Report was received by the Council at the end of March 2004. The Report and the Council's response were reported to Full Council on the 15th June.
