The Royal Star and Garter Final Planning Brief’
This Planning Brief was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in August 2008, following public consultation and consideration of the responses to the consultation. The SPD aims to deliver an exemplar heritage regeneration scheme.
It includes guidance on Ancaster House, Richmond Hill, adjacent to The Royal Star and Garter Home. Both are Grade II listed buildings.
