LDF/UDP Authority's Monitoring Report

Under the existing system, local authorities are required to produce a monitoring report and submit it to the Secretary of State in December each year. It provides information on progress with the Local Development Framework and on the effectiveness of planning policies during the past financial year as well as monitoring sustainability appraisal indicators.

The latest Authority's Monitoring Report, as it is now called, for the financial year 2010/2011, was submitted in December 2011.

AMRs include an annual assessment of the five year housing land supply.
