Post-submission Changes
A number of changes were suggested by the Council before and after the Examination Hearings. These changes have been reviewed by the Examiner for significance and there a number of changes which in his view alter the thrust of, or otherwise change a policy in the Development Management Plan and therefore required community engagement and sustainability appraisal.

There is also a separate Schedule B(pdf, 70KB) (updated in July 2011) containing all other minor post-submission changes and an Addendum to the Sustainability Appraisal(pdf, 110KB) (updated in July 2011).
The changes are set out in the context of the Council's submitted Development Management Plan, which can be viewed on the Submission page.
There was a four week consultation period on the changes set out in Part 1 of Schedule A until Friday 24 June 2011. Any representations that were received by the Council were forwarded to the Examiner.

Additional proposed post-submission changes
Following the consultation on the proposed post-submission changes, the Examiner conducted an additional hearing session on Thursday 30 June 2011.
Subsequent to the hearing, the council proposed further post-submission changes(pdf, 22KB) relating to car parking.
The Examiner circulated a letter to all DMP representors(pdf, 17KB) inviting relevant comments to the further Proposed Changes.
Representations on the further proposed changes, which are included in Part 2 of the above Schedule A, could be made until 7 July 2011.
