Submission

The Development Management DPD (DM DPD) has now gone through various stages of consultation over the last two years. The most recent consultation was on the Publication Version of the DM DPD, which sought comments as to their soundness and/or legal compliance from Monday 25 October 2010 to Monday 6 December 2010.

The DM DPD was submitted to the Secretary of State for examination by an independent Planning Inspector on Monday 7 February 2011. It incuded:

• The Publication documents
• The comments received during the Publication Consultation
• Minor changes proposed by the Council before submission in response to the comments received during the Publication Consultation

In addition, the Council has also submitted a number of supporting documents. These include the comments received during all previous consultations and other evidence base studies and documents. All documents submitted can be viewed below.
