PNA Application for prior notification of proposed demolition

Use this form for the demolition of residential buildings and buildings adjoining. If the property is in a conservation area or a Listed Building this procedure is not appropriate and a Listed Building Consent Application LBC or a Conservation Area Consent Application CAC will be required.
