Copying charges for planning records
The Council can supply copies of documentation attached to planning applications. However, while the public have the right to see some (not necessarily all) of the information, the Council is not legally obliged to supply copies on demand. Normally it is possible to obtain copies (for a fee) within 10 working days but the Council cannot guarantee this level of service if there are other statutory functions that must take priority.
