Access to CON29 information

From April 6 2009, in line with new charging regulations and guidance, the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames will be providing access to data via the Local Land Charges department who will be acting as a One Stop Shop for search information.

The following two options will be provided:

Option 1

Provide all CON29R data: Fee £35.00

Option 2

Provide all non-statutory CON29R data: Fee £27.00 (This excludes data required to answer Questions 1.1a-d, 1.2, 2a, 3.4a e f, 3.10a, 3.12 (part) and 3.13)

In the case of Option 2 personal searchers will need to inspect information in the usual way via the Planning Reception in the Atrium of the Civic Centre in order to answer the excluded questions. In respect of question 3.3 (Drainage) please refer to Thames Water.

Search information can be purchased at the same time as a personal search appointment or may be requested in writing with payment enclosed. In the case of the latter information will be posted back.

Appointments for personal searches are available from the following times: 2 - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

If booking a personal search and CON29R data you will need to state which Option you wish to purchase. The Council will endeavour to provide data within 2 working days.

Appointments can only be cancelled on the day of booking.

CON29O information should be requested from client departments (see table below) but it may be obtained by submitting a Con29O form at £17.00 per question.
