Youth club activities
Monday 6.45-9.15pm - Year 9+
An open club night where young people may use the space to discuss and debate issues important to themselves with qualified staff on subjects such as sexual health, drugs and alcohol and anger management. Alternatively, you can simply socialise or take part in activities including healthy eating and cooking, art, football, basketball, DJ workshops and studio recording.
Tuesday 6.45-9.15pm Project night (ages 10+)
Project night is a night dedicated to activities. You may only come to the club if you are participating in one of the activities on offer. These evenings will allow the young people to take nationally recognised qualifications (AQAs) if they choose. Projects include DJ workshops and studio recording, international cookery, graffiti, art project, short film project, boxng and we will consider any new ideas proposed by young people!
Wednesday 7.00-9.00pm Crofters (ages 11-25)
This evening is specifically designed for young people with disabilities, with projects and activities on offer with the chance to gain nationally recognised accreditations.
Thursday 6.45-9.15pm Year 9+
As Monday
Friday 6.30-8.30pm Junior youth club (ages 8-12)
An open evening for the younger young people to use the facilities and have fun, taking part in activities such as arts and crafts.
