Put the cops on the spot!

The Community and Police partnership and the Youth Forum are concerned that young people are not being given the opportunity to contribute their issues, views and concerns to the local police.

The Youth Community and Police partnership will be your opportunity to bring up whatever you want with the police and Community Safety Partnership units.

The Youth Forum want all secondary schools, youth clubs and other young people’s organisations in the Borough to be represented at the YCPP to make sure all voices are heard.

The first meeting was held on 25 May 2010 at Heatham House and the next meeting will be arranged soon. Local Youth Police Liaison Groups will also be set up across the borough, helping to set the priorities for the police Safer Neighbourhood Teams.
