Role of the supporting adult
In the Pounds 4 Young People scheme, the role of the supporting adult is:
- to help young persons with applying for the fund and making sure their ideas are reflected on the application and their project;
- to sign the service level agreement (SLA) on behalf of young persons liaising with them and outlining details of the SLA before signing;
- to complete the evaluation and case study forms once the project is up and running;
- to keep track of funding schedules and day-to-day financial administration duties. For example sending invoices, keeping receipts and evidence;
- to ensure money is spent within the financial year in accordance to application and the SLA;
- to return any money not spent (money must only be spent for project purposes); and
- to aid or advise applicants in all stages and processes of the application.
If you do not have a supporting adult please complete the post card
