The Pupil and Student Finance Section administers the following services for London Borough of Richmond upon Thames residents:

• Student finance for higher education students;
• Travel awards for 16-19 year olds in schools and colleges;
• Home to school travel grants;
• Entitlement to free school meals;
• School clothing grants.
