Family learning funding opportunities

The opportunity to receive grant funding to take part in the programme is available to all maintained schools in Richmond upon Thames: nursery, primary, secondary and special schools.

The programme can be delivered during school hours or as part of your Extended Schools Programme.

Funding is available for a range of courses outlined in this leaflet and can be used as follows:

• Planning and preparation time*
• Programme delivery time*
• Consumable resources/photocopying costs
• Releasing staff to run joint sessions with the adult tutors
• Providing on-site childcare/crèche facilities for participating parents/carers
• Developing a partnership for delivery with RACC
• Resources that will be kept by parents/carers to use at home
• Refreshments

*Either directly to the teacher or to cover supply costs
