By submitting or signing an ePetition on the Council’s website, you confirm that you have read and accept this important information.

If you are registering to use the ePetition system, you will need to declare an address in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The address can be for where you live, work, or study.

New user accounts will require activation via an e-mail sent to the address supplied when registering.

Your password must contain eight or more characters, including at least one digit.
