636 Poll Station voter surveys returned, our highest response ever
- 100% strongly/agreed Polling Station Staff helpful and well informed
- 99% strongly/agreed Polling Station in a suitable venue
- 96% received their Official Poll Card
- 57% knew election information is available on the Council website, 14% don’t use internet
- 92% knew everyone must register on the household forms every Autumn
- 89% knew the electoral roll should be updated if your address changes
- 81% knew info available in large print/Braille/audio/community languages

- 99.52% strongly/agreed that polling station staff helpful and well informed
- 94% strongly/agreed that polling station was easy to find and conveniently located
- 92% received official poll cards
- 85% didn’t use/like the Council election website, 5% thought it very/useful
- 80% of voters heard about elections on TV/newspaper, 74% from poll cards, 52% from party visit/leaflet, 25% from word of mouth, 19% from official notices, 1% on websites
- 90% felt way they voted was secure and confidential, 6% disagreed (including general postal voting concerns)
