- 62% found us very helpful and well-informed
- 34% didn’t need to contact us
- 70% of registration forms were issued by Electoral Services
- 22% downloaded from the council website
- 3% issued at Citizenship Ceremonies
- 1% downloaded from Electoral Commission website
- 70% rated the response to form request very/good
- 24% not appropriate
- 3% poor (2 x “poor” were same household couple whose forms had to be returned as they were not fully completed as requested; 1 meant how long the process to be officially published on the register can be).
- 100% said the forms were very/easy to understand and complete
- 73% knew about the annual canvass
- 69% knew registration and electoral information is on the Council website
- 89% know they can/should re-register if they change address during the year.

- 91% of respondents was happy with our overall service and our response to forms
- 93% of respondents said that the forms were easy to use
- 78% foundstaff helpfulness very good, but many residents don’t need to speak to a member of staff, so all above categories are over 90% if you assume the answer “don’t know” means “not appropriate/didn’t need to contact”.
