• Councillor John Coombs - Pre-determined - In relation to application 12/2792/FUL, Councillor Coombs declared that as he was a governor at Heathfield Primary School, sat on the Sites and Buildings Sub-Committee, and had pre-determined his view, he would not participate in this item. He undertook to withdraw from the Committee for the duration of this item.
