That the Transport Consultative Group advises the Cabinet Member:-
* to progress no further with an extension to the Twickenham Event Zone
* to progress no further with a new daytime Controlled Parking Zone which
also operates during events

3.1 That the Transport Consultative Group
advises the Cabinet Member for Traffic, Transport and Parking to
approve the introduction of five new bus stops as shown on the
following drawings.

(ii) That notwithstanding the representations received and the further discussions the Hampton Wick Association wish to have with TfL/ London Buses, the approval is given to proceed to construction of the bus stops (BS 4 and 5) Park Road and (BS 1) Church Grove northbound, and
(iii) TfL(London Buses) be approached to reconsider the location of bus stops (BS2 and 3) Church Grove and that no works to be undertaken in advance of any decision by London Buses.

That the Transport Consultative Group advises
the Cabinet Member for Traffic, Transport and Parking to approve
recommendations detailed in Appendix A of this report and the
necessary Traffic Management Order is made for the proposal
detailed in Drawing Number 1030/9/H/447889/001/C in Appendix B of
the report.

To seek approval to make experimental traffic
orders under section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to
introduce a coach parking area in Waldegrave Park, Twickenham for
Newlands House School and to upgrade all three lengths of school
keep clear markings in Waldegrave Park, Twickenham so that they
apply between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
