2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

• Councillor Alan Butler - Prejudicial - Councillor Butler declared a prejudicial interest with regard to Item 14 (b) Notices of Motion on the agenda. The nature of the interest being that he was the proprietor of a company which would be financially impacted on by the proposed changes to planning regulations.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

• Councillor Alan Butler - Pecuniary - Councillor Butler declared a pecuniary interest in item 8 (PFI Contract with Care UK) by virtue of the fact that his mother was resident at one of the care homes in question. He undertook to leave the room for the duration of this item.
