  • Councillor Virginia Morris - Personal - Item 10 Councillor Morris declared a personal interest in Item 10 – Council Tax Benefits Changes. The nature of the interest being that she owned a property within the Borough which was leased to tenants.

The nature of the interest being that he was the proprietor of a company which would be financially impacted on by the proposed changes to planning regulations.

  • Councillor Stephen Speak - Pre-determined - Councillor Speak declared that he had predetermined his view on application 12/2748/HOT.   • Councillor Gemma Stockley - Pecuniary - Councillor Stockley declared a pecuniary interest in application 12/3821/COU by virtue of the connection between 2 Barnes High Street and the Richmond Park and Kingston Conservative Association from which Councillor Stockley received no direct financial contributions but some material resources for her election campaign. She undertook to leave the table and speak as a member of the public and to leave the room for the duration of the views and decision stage of the item.
