To decide, having regard to the particular nature of the business to be transacted, whether or not to exclude the Press and Public during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they are likely to disclose exempt information by virtue of paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.

To consider and determine an appeal against the refusal to issue a Taxi Card. Officer’s report and appellant’s written statement attached for members of the Sub-Committee only.
