Resolved that having regard to the particular nature of business to be transacted during the consideration of agenda item 4 that it was likely to disclose exempt information by virtue of paragraph 7, as defined in the Access to Information Procedure Rule 10.4 and of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded.

To hear and determine an application for the review of a premises licence, under section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003. This review is brought by the Metropolitan Police.

RESOLVED that the existing premises licence be amended.

To hear and determine an Objection Notice given by the Metropolitan Police in respect of a Temporary Event Notice served by Ms Jessica Green, for Revolution, 4 Whittaker Avenue, Richmond
