Fair Processing Notice (FPN) for pupils with effect from January 2009 School Census

Schools, local authorities, the Department for Children, Schools and Familes and other educational bodies that process personal data about pupils are required by the Data Protection Act to issue a Fair Processing Notice to parents/pupils to inform them and their children of the purposes for which that personal data may be held and used.
