In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, please furnish the information requested below:
A. The approximate number of pages printed each week for each council member and each member of the executive management and the associated costs of such printing (paper, ink, printer maintenance/amortisation, etc.);
B. The total number of copies produced;
C. The frequency with which such papers are delivered to the private homes of each councillor or executive member;
D. The costs of each 'round robin' courier delivery, and how many are made a week;
E. The number pages scanned and printed each week in accordance with planning application procedures, as they currently exist;
F. A breakdown of all costs associated with such scanning and printing - including labour, scanning costs and equipment/software maintenance, amortisation, etc. as well as paper, ink and printer equipment maintenance and amortisation.
G. Any plans for future saving of printing costs.

Please provide me with the relevant information for the past three years.
