Arranging a Mayoral visit

If you would like the Mayor to attend a function you are organising, or if you would like further details on any of the events taking place in support of the Mayor's Charity, please either contact the Mayor's Office by phone or email.

Alternatively, you can arrange a Mayoral visit online, or if you wish to complete a hard copy just download the pdf version(pdf, 65KB) and return it by fax or post to the address on the form.

Please note that while the Mayor and Deputy Mayor attend as many events as they can, prior commitments sometimes mean that a visit is not possible.
