Delivery Boards

The Delivery Boards are the operational arm of the Trust Board. They will be the means by which the programme of work determined by the Trust Board (and set out in the Children and Young People's Plan) is delivered. They will also have an executive and commissioning function, ensuring that resources are lined up and strategies are implemented in their dedicated service area.
