Priorities
To ensure the Children and Young People’s Trust has a sharp focus on improving the areas which need most attention, the Children and Young People’s Trust Board will identify a small set of priorities each year. Priorities will be selected based on need; current performance and view or expectations of children, young people, families and residents in the borough.
