Scrutiny Co-optees

Scrutiny welcomes the involvement of co-optees on the various Scrutiny Committees and Task Groups to assist Councillors in their work holding decision-makers to account and reviewing policies.

Co-optees usually have particular experience in the field in question, either as professionals or service users.

We are not currently recruiting for new co-opted members, though the Council welcomes participation in the democratic process. You might like to look at the Council Committees List for areas which interest you. Agendas and reports are published five working days before a meeting.
