Next steps

Cabinet decided in April 2009 to proceed to the next stage of procurement with Countryside Properties.

Work is presently underway to finalise the development agreement, complete financial checks and to make the contract award, with this scheduled to be completed in November 2009.

Following contract award, preparation of the detailed planning application will commence.
