Getting help to make a complaint

You can get help from people like your local councillor or Member of Parliament, or from a specialist advice or advocacy organisation. Please talk to a member of staff if you want more information about who can help you, or get details from the complaints procedure section.

You can have a friend, relative or someone from an organisation such as the Citizen's Advices Bureau to help you make a complaint and be with you at any meetings we have with you.

If you need an interpreter or sign language interpreter or need information translated into another language, in Braille, on audio tape or in electronic format, please tell us when you first make your complaint so we can arrange this.
