Ex GLC Mortgage Repayments

How to make ex-GLC mortgage repayments to the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames

By Standing Order

  • This has some advantages over other methods:
  • You stay in control knowing what you will pay and when.  You are free to cancel the arrangement at any time.
  • It is more secure and reliable.
  • It is cheaper and easier for you.  No cheque to write, no postage to pay, no queuing at a bank or post office, no additional charges to pay.
  • There is no need to remember to pay,  your bank does it for you.
  • It is more cost effective for us to administer.

To start paying this way, contact the Home Loans Unit to obtain a bank standing order form, or you can download and print a form using this link: Form for ex-GLC mortgages(pdf, 69KB)
