The Council now offers you a Citizen's account facility to look up details of your Council tax account.

You can see what we are charging you, what you have paid to date, what your next payment is, and your future instalments and when they are due.

You can also obtain an account statement, check your balance and there are links to assist you in making an on-line payment or downloading a Direct Debit instruction.

This new secure service will be especially useful if you have a query about your bill and need to talk to us. Instead, you can use this on-line service any time, day or night, at your convenience and it may well then mean that you don't need to call us or write to us with your query, saving you time and money.

Please be assured that we are using the latest standards of internet security to protect your privacy and only registered Council Tax payers for any given address will be able to see details about that property.

To view your account details, please use the following link, to our secure site My Council Tax/Business Rates Account.

Newly registered users

Activation code to be entered. Use this link: My Council Tax/Business Rates Account and then enter your email address and your password you chose when you registered. Press "log in" and you will then be asked for the activation code we sent to you by email.
