How do I make a complaint about the Scheme?
If you are not satisfied with the way the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT) has handled your request for information under the Scheme, with the fee we have charged, or with the reasons we have given for refusing to provide you information, you have the right to complain. You can complain by setting out clearly your grounds of appeal and send to:
