Historic CPA scores and ratings

This page details the historic performance of the council in relation to its overall CPA ratings together with information on individual service area scores, Corporate Assessment scores and self assessments.

The Comprehensive Performance Assessment has been replaced by the Comprehensive Area Assessment as from 1 April 2009.

The Council received a score of 3* and improving strongly (on a scale of 0* - 4*) for CPA 2007
