Purpose of consultation

The consultation was carried out to investigate opinions on emissions-based parking facilities from drivers in the Richmond area.

There were three elements to the consultation:

1) On-street survey between 21 - 22 March 2009

2) Online survey throughout February/March 2009

3) Other submissions (petitions or letters).
