Contract Standing Orders

The Contract Standing Orders document sets out the framework for the procurement of goods, works and services. They are an essential set of rules and compliance with them will ensure that officers both seek and obtain good value for money, and also that public monies are properly spent and accounted for.

Internal Audit uses this when assessing controls and making recommendations.
