Information and Communications Technology
The ICT Team at Richmond works in partnership with Serco. ICT and Serco work together to provide the computer and communications facilities required by the Council.
ICT services are provided by the following teams:
- Account Management Team: delivery of core ICT services to staff and to members
- Corporate Web Team: management and development of Richmond's websites and web applications.
- Information Systems Team: manages several corporate ICT systems and information services, including the Land Charges service and the document scanning centre.
- The Programme Office: project management and project support to ICT projects and acts as an internal consultancy on project management
