The Customer Services Team
We are here to help!
The Customer Services Team are responsible for providing a wide range of information on all council services, both in person, by telephone, and via email. Our reception area is based in the Civic Centre
As well as answering all calls to the Council, we also provide a dedicated telephone support centre. Our centre handles telephone calls and emails regarding several services within the Environment Directorate. These are
- Waste and Recycling
- Street scene
- Planning
- Trees
- Parks and Open Spaces
