We are here to help!
The customer services team are responsible for providing a wide range of information on all council services, both in person, by telephone, and via email. Our staff man reception areas in the Civic Centre, York House and at the Sheen Lane Centre
As well as answering all calls to the Council via the main Switchboard, we also provide a dedicated telephone support centre. Our centre handles telephone calls and emails regarding several services within the Environment Directorate. These are
- Waste and Recycling
- Street scene
- Planning
- Trees
- Parks and Open Spaces
