Delivery and Improvement Statement (DIS)
The page contains links to most recent and previous Delivery Improvement Statements (DIS). These were previously known as the Performance Assessment Framework.
Each year all local authorities that provide adult social care services are required to submit these reports to central government. In these reports (know as Delivery and Improvement Statements) we have to give details that include the following
- Details of how we deliver our services
- Our future plans
- Our performance against targets set by central government.
- How much money we spend
Please note
These documents cannot be opened like a normal Microsoft Excel spreadsheet - to view them you will need to follow the instructions below:
- Click with your right mouse button on the link, choose "Save Target As..." to save a copy of the spreadsheet on your own PC
- Open the document in Microsoft Excel
- Once you have opened the document go to 'file' on the toolbar and select the 'show DIS' option.
- Select 'Adults' or 'MNR' etc on the tabs at the bottom of the document to view the required section
