European Pension forms

If you are entitled to claim a European Pension, you may be required to complete an annual ‘confirmation of life statement.'

This form may be authorised by the Register Office on payment of a fee. Please note no appointment is required

The applicant/s must attend in person; no one else can attend on their behalf.

Please ensure that you bring:

• Your passport or photo ID.
• Proof of address.
• Marriage/ civil partnership certificate (if applicable).
• European Pension form completed.
• Payment.
