Richmond Local Strategic Partnership

The Richmond Local Strategic Partnership (RLSP) brings together the public, private and voluntary and community sectors to improve the quality of life for all those who live work or visit the borough.

Operates at a level which enables strategic decisions to be taken yet allows action to be determined at a local level. Is aligned with the borough boundary

Chaired by the Leader of the Council, Cllr Serge Lourie, it is a non-statutory and non-executive group that meets three times a year. It is responsible for the Richmond Upon Thames Community Plan 2007 - 2017, which was partly developed by the RLSP partners and which sets out the shared vision for the borough from now until 2017. The RLSP also oversees The Richmond Upon Thames Local Area Agreement.
