Marriage fees
Payments made directly to us, can be paid in cash or by card, in person at The Register Office. Cheques to be made payable to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
- Registration officers attendance fees - The fee for the attendance of the registration officers, is in addition to the fees charged by the venue, for the use of rooms and facilities.
- 1 Spring Terrace fees -The fee for a civil marriage at 1 Spring Terrace, includes the use of the room and the attendance of the registration officers.
- Marriage certificate fees - In addition to the fees for the civil marriage, there is a fee for the marriage certificate(s).
- Notice of your intention - There is a statutory fee of £30.00 each to pay, when you give notice of your intention to marry.

Our opening hours from 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 1:30pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Wednesday afternoons.
